    Q How do you keep it fresh during delivery?
    Every order ships in an insulated box with food-grade cold packs, so your seafood stays at the ideal temperature from our packhouse to your door, anywhere in New Zealand.
    Q How long does delivery take?
    Most North Island and main-centre orders arrive within 1–3 business days; rural and South Island deliveries may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
    Q What if something isn't right with my order?
    Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If anything arrives damaged or below our quality standard, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no fuss.
